Volleyball Season Ticket Website Pages

Q. We’d like to upgrade the volleyball season ticket page on our website. What one or two collegiate volleyball programs would you recommend as having quality season ticket website pages?
A. Two websites to consider reviewing that have quality pages, as well as opportunities for additional best practices they could consider adding to their pages, would be the University of Arizona and the University of Nebraska.
Nebraska has a solid women’s volleyball season ticket base and offers a seating ticket map, premium seating, and a waiting list form on its website, along with the standard pricing and policies information. Along with updating this page from ’07 information to ’08 ticket information, some additions to consider would be including season ticket holder benefits, parking information, and a season ticket FAQ page.
Arizona offers a comprehensive women’s volleyball season ticket page with the ability to purchase single-match and group tickets online, however, the Wildcats do not offer the ability to purchase season tickets online or the opportunity to renew season tickets online, which could prove to be great investments.
The Wildcats do offer a 15-percent military discount, address faculty/staff tickets, and include information on the SpikeCats, a volleyball sports interest group, which each of the Wildcats sports teams have created for their respective sport.
