Deliver the Greatest Performance

Jeffrey Gitomer says there are four elements to delivering what he calls the “greatest performance (presentation) in the world,” and they include: 1. Rapport,: Can the audience relate to you?, 2. Need: Do your words fulfill the needs of the audience?; 3. Importance: Is the audience willing to try it?; and 4. Confidence: Can the audience relate to you?
