Provide Kids with an Adventure Kit

November 19th 2007

I recently went on a “daddy-daughter trip” with our youngest daughter, and when we checked into the hotel, the front desk clerk handed my daughter an “Adventure Kids Kit.”

We’ve traveled to many hotels over the years, and this is the first time we’ve received anything like the “Adventure Kids Kit” my daughter received.

As we walked to our room, she couldn’t wait to open the 9 x 12 envelope that contained an activity book with a word find, mazes, and coloring pages; a button; face decals; a neat decoder game to unlock a secret message; and an application to a kids club.

The adventure kit had a number of sponsors that likely assisted with underwriting the expense of the kits, and sports teams could develop a similar adventure kit for kids, and seek sponsorships to assist with underwriting the kids adventure kits.
