Yesterday I wrote about the missed opportunity a waitress had to be a good teammate at a restaurant we dined as a family over the holidays. I’d like to think I’m a good teammate, but as someone recently asked, “Is good good enough?” The answer, of course, is absolutely not! Much easier said than done, and surely something I can improve. Another would be asking my teammates how I can improve and be a great teammate versus simply a good one.
