I know I could use some improvement in this department. I’m optimistic for the most part, and would consider myself positive – again, for the most part. But I also like to get things right, and appreciate it when people around me get things right, and for some reason, I’m quick to spot mistakes…and I need to be just as quick and sensitive to when things are right.
