A day doesn’t go by that I don’t think about how I could improve in many ways. I could improve my overall eating habits (less ice cream for one!). I could improve my flexibility by stretching on a regular basis. I could always improve my patience. I could improve and increase the time I’m involved in our community, and the list goes on and on. If you’re anything like me, you too likely think about various ways you’d like to improve, but how often do we actually make time to improve? I know I could “improve” my time spent on improving! More often than not, I tell myself I’d like to improve, and I will improve one of these days, and one of these days doesn’t come for many of the things I should improve. Well, “some day” could easily be today, as well as each day of the week. 07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1714191457 all i need to do is commit daily to improving one thing each day. It may be just one thing today, but seven things by the end of the week; 28 things after just one month and a whole lot of change several months down the road. Okay 07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1714191457, so which one do I tackle today? [07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1714191457] So many to choose from…I’ll start with addressing my lack of flexibility by setting aside time to stretch each morning. Check back next week to see how I’m doing with my daily improvements. Until then, I challenge you to address ways you’ve considered how you could improve and schedule time to address those areas that are most important to you. ********************************* Ron Goch,   Sign up for our free eNewsletter, the
