Yesterday I wrote about the missed opportunity a waitress had to be a good teammate at a restaurant we dined as a family over the holidays.   Since writing the post, I’ve thought about many opportunities I have on a daily basis to be a great teammate - at home, with our kids, with my wife, at church, with friends, with clients, with associates, at the airport…the opportunities are aplenty.   I’d like to think I’m a good teammate, but as someone recently asked, “Is good good enough?”   The answer, of course, is absolutely not!   I make an effort to give my all - every day 07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1713550420, every play – but I know, like everything else, I can 07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1713550420 improve. 07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1713550420 [07ba35d692539e27a38aba7e4b1cc85e.js?ver=1713550420] as someone once said, "the biggest room in the world is the room for improvement, " and i enjoy improving every day.   One way I could improve would be by always accepting responsibility of my mistakes and supporting others when they make theirs.   Much easier said than done, and surely something I can improve.   Another would be asking my teammates how I can improve and be a great teammate versus simply a good one.   This could be fun and I’m looking forward to the challenge of improving from a good teammate to a great teammate.   *********************** Ron Goch, Sign up for our free eNewsletter,
