Value Group Leaders Like Season Holders

I’m often surprised more sports teams don’t value its group leaders as they do their season ticket holders.
If you have a group leader who brings in 25 people or you have a group leader who brings in 500 people, each could be viewed as valuable as a season ticket holder and multiple season ticket holders.
If you have a five-game home college football schedule, your 25-person group leader has made an investment that’s equivalent to five season ticket holders, and your 500-person group leader has made an investment that’s equivalent to 100 season ticket holders!
Are you providing benefits to your group leaders as you do season ticket holders?
If you’re not providing similar benefits to your group leaders, I encourage you to evaluate the benefits you provide (if any), and determine how your group leader benefits can be more aligned with your season ticket holder benefits.
