Thank Your Volunteers

Today’s Telios Tip is a simple one, but one that is often overlooked.
I recently came across a newspaper advertisement that not only served as a “Thank You” to the event sponsors, but it thanked each of the event committee members and the volunteers.
The advertisement didn’t simply state “committee members” and “volunteers.” It actually listed each of the committee members and each of the hundreds of volunteer’s names. Well done and the advertisement is likely one that will be framed and displayed by committee members and volunteers for all to see.
