Propose Solutions When Problems Arise

How many times have you been in a staff meeting and inevitably someone raises their hand and shares a problem they see with your business team or with your business in general?
It happens all too often, and I don’t mind the fact that someone raises their hand and shares a problem s(he) sees or is experiencing, but I do get frustrated when a person shares a problem and fails to share a solution.
Take Jim Rohn’s advise, who says, “Never attack a problem without also presenting a solution.”
