Create Anniversary Sweepstakes

I received a sweepstakes offer from Thrifty car rental that celebrates its 50-year anniversary and offers fans the opportunity to win free car rentals, free gas cards, and airline tickets.

I like the fact they not only have a grand prize winner, as well as second- and third-place winners, but they also have daily winners, which usually generates a much larger number of entries than if Thrifty only offered a grand prize winner.

In addition to generating a large number of entries, the sweepstakes is a terrific marketing tool for promoting the fact Thrifty has been in business for 50 years.

Finally, the sweepstakes entry form captures contestant’s contact information as well as preferred airlines (great feedback for the airline carrier Thrifty has partnered with on the sweepstakes, as well as asking when the contestant plans to rent a car next, and an option to opt-in and receive special offers in the future.
