Co-Captain of the Game

U.S Bank has partnered with the Utah Jazz to offer U.S. Bank customers and Jazz fans the opportunity to be the “Jazz Co-Captains of the Game” at each of its 41 2007-08 home games.
Fans can visit any of the 45 U.S. Bank locations and register for their chance to be the “Jazz Co-Captains of the Game,” and no purchase is necessary to enter the drawing through March 15, 2008.
Winners receive two lower bowl game tickets, a photo taken at center court with the Jazz and Jazz opponent’s team captain, and a replica Jazz jersey.
