Bounce Back Offers and Referrals

For those of you who work in sales, there’s usually not a week that goes by that you don’t hear someone encouraging you or an associate to “ask for referrals.”
 

Our family recently had our family pictures taken for our holiday cards and when we received our holiday cards back we had two additional postcards that we all should consider sending with season ticket, group tickets and/or single game ticket orders.
 

The one postcard had four small “Referral Certificates” we could share with family or friends, but the incentive offered was only for the recipient. I encourage those of you who offer similar referral certificates to have an incentive for those who distribute the certificates as well as those who receive the special offers.
 

The other postcard was titled “Bounce Back Offer.”  Not too creative, but I like the fact they extended a Valentine’s offer in December for a free sheet of eight Valentine cards.  This is a great offer for those feeling guilty that you don’t keep in touch with family and friends more often than an annual Christmas card!
 

Think ahead to your next ball games and how you could be packaging in now a Valentine’s offer for games you have in February.
