Weddings at Sporting Events

Q. In years past sports teams would host a wedding, or a large wedding for several couples, during half-time of basketball games. Is this still popular among teams?
A. Believe it or not, weddings being hosted on or near Valentine’s Day are still popular with not only basketball teams, but at hockey, lacrosse, and other winter sporting events and activities.
I recently read where a local hockey team was advertising their annual “Redneck Wedding” where 20 couples would be exchanging their vows on the ice.
