Looking to Grow Professionally

Q. How do I look for a new opportunity to grow professionally while keeping my eye and dedication on what I’m presently doing?
A. There are endless opportunities for each of us to grow personally and professionally, and balancing our current commitments with expanding our knowledge and experiences can be challenging, but also rewarding.
If you remain focused and prioritize your current tasks, while also gaining new experiences within or outside your present responsibilities, you’ll undoubtedly grow as a result.
This isn’t easy, though, because the “new” opportunities can easily get in the way of the present priorities. The key to successfully executing current tasks, while growing in other areas will be to prioritize current commitments and execute them first, and using the new opportunities to grow as an incentive for completing the tasks at hand.
