Investing in Group Ticket Sales

Q. Is it really worth the investment of time and money to try and promote and sell group tickets for sports like soccer and volleyball when tickets are only $5 and the group price is half that price?
A. It’s well worth the time and effort to commit to selling group tickets for all revenue sports including soccer and volleyball.
What’s the alternative….complimentary tickets? That’s never a good option unless those “complimentary” tickets are compliments of a sponsor who has underwritten the cost of each ticket.
To maintain the value, and over time enhance the value of tickets, it’s important to have ticket sales programs and strategies in place for seasons, groups and individual events.
