While driving in Colorado, I came to a toll booth where Deanna greeted me with a smile, and I noticed just below “Deanna” on her name tag, it read: “4 years of dedicated service, ” and I thought to myself, “What a great way to recognize employees for their dedication and service.”
I know many ushers who have served on arena staff’s for years – and some a few decades – who would very much appreciate a name tag with the number of years they have dedicated to an arena, a sports team, and the thousands of fans over the years.
If your arena staff, team or company has name tags, you may want to consider adding the number of years each employee has dedicated to you, your team and your fans. It just might be the recognition your staff is looking to receive.
