I recently heard the saying: “If I give you a dollar and you give me a dollar, we each have one dollar. But if I share with you one idea and you share with me one idea, we each have two ideas.”
This isn’t the first time I’ve heard this, but unlike other times, I actually thought, “How can I take action on this neat saying?”
As a consultant, mentor and coach to sports executives, I’m continually sharing thoughts, ideas and best practices, and taking in many great ideas and best practices that executives share with me.

It’s pretty amazing how ideas can multiply when you’re willing to share and brainstorm with others. Give it a shot! You’ll enjoy helping others, sharing what you know, and receiving ideas, thoughts and wisdom from those around you.
