Four Most Important Words in Business

I recently learned of a story where a professor asked students, “What are the four most important words in business?”
The professor’s response might surprise you. The four words, according to the professor, are “What do you think?”
This is a great lesson for all of us on the importance of seeking others’ opinions and thoughts.
