We all know a fanatic – someone who lives and breaths sports or who supports their favorite sports team through thick and thin.
They’re long-time season ticket holders, and for some, are second oe third generation season ticket holders.
They attend all the games and team events. They wear the jersey of their favorite player. Their office or cubicle is plastered with pictures of their favorite players.
Think about the passion displayed by each of these fanatical fans.
What if each employee who worked with a sports team possessed this same degree of passion at games and each team event?
I believe some employees who work for sports teams possess this degree of passion about their work, but I believe it’s more the minority than the majority.
I often wonder what it would be like if it was the majority…I believe it would be very special.
